Prague Eventery, a leading destination management company based in the Czech capital Prague, required more enquiries on their website. Another major area of concern for them was brand building - they were looking forward to enhancing their brand equity by targeting a larger audience on a global scale. Given that their average deal size per event ranges between $ 80,000 to $ 100,000, a wider customer base would mean significant growth in terms of profitability as well as ROI.
One of the main challenges that Prague Eventery had been facing was that the enquiry forms on their website were too long and consisted of too many fields. This was preventing visitor to the website from filling them completely, thereby cutting down the number of enquiries and the conversion rate.
The lack of separate landing pages added to these problems. That the on-page SEO was not done properly, resulted in low page ranks and reduced online visibility. The ad copies used by the previous agency were too generic and so were the URLs. Together, these two factors resulted in high CPCs that averaged at over $ 1,000.
To help Prague Eventery overcome these challenges, we did specific tweaks in the website to enhance conversions. We reduced the number of fields in the enquiry forms and implemented short enquiry forms on all pages. The CTA format was changed across the website and we also created separate landing pages and did A/B testing.
These initiatives did not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the website but also made it easier for visitors to navigate through it and fill in the forms. We added a case studies section to showcase past events. As a means to target a global audience, social media marketing was introduced, and regular postings on all social channels was introduced.
To target our digital marketing activities towards a specific customer group, we customized all ad copies, and even the URLs for AdWords PPC which were designed on the basis of keywords that we selected. To further ensure the best results at lowest cost, we targeted customers in AdWords only through “Exact Match”, and used AdRoll for retargeting them.

Before adding himself to our clientele, he looked for an end to end technology solution and an increase in revenues from his online presence.
Colm needed solutions that would streamline the registration for his online classes and would also make his teaching more effective. He wanted to sell merchandise but lacked enough time to focus on planning and designing the products.
Another challenge was the necessity of a separate website for taking care of personal branding as well as show booking. The schedule of his online classes being seasonal, also posed a challenge for maximizing the number of registrations.
On understanding the needs of Colm Keegan, we channelized our efforts towards providing him with holistic digital marketing solutions that ensured sustainability. Firstly, we created CKonline.com - an online teaching website - from scratch. Keeping in mind the young demographic of his fanbase, we took care to make the website very youthful and vibrant.
We used external APIs to integrate whiteboard online classes for enabling him to teach students directly. In order to enhance the personal branding of Colm on the Internet, we created a separate website in WordPress and this served as a portal for selling tickets to his musical gigs.
Apart from working on real-time monitoring and maintenance of the websites, we went beyond our regular operations and scopes of work and designed merchandise such as calendars, coffee mugs, t-shirts for Colm. We also took care to get the actual products manufactured and shipped to him.
Currently, we are working on mobile applications, and the process of implementing new avenues for revenue generation such as selling pre-recorded classes, publishing geo-targeted ads, etc. in the website is underway.
My Style Authority (MSA) is an US based tech startup that serves as an online platform where users are matched and connected with professionals from fashion and beauty industries. MSA came to us looking for end-to-end technology solutions that would enable them to build and launch their product, increase user base and allow them to go to market faster. They also wanted to get their proof of concept validated within a short period of time before deciding to go full throttle.
As a startup, MSA faced major challenges in terms of time and budget. As a tech startup they had to move fast and show traction to raise funding and compete with entrenched players in the market. Moreover, they needed to upgrade their product features regularly on a real-time basis and push on live environment. This was again a major hurdle for them.
In order to address the requirement of MSA which was primarily an end-to-end solution capable of placing them successfully in the market, we broke our deliverables into multiple phases. We decided to come up with the first version of the product as Minimal Viable Product ( MVP ) which could be achieved at the earliest and speed up their go-to-market time.
Once the MVP was deployed live, we initiated digital marketing activities in-sync with their offline marketing strategies to gain traction to the platform. This included content creation, on-page SEO and social media marketing and automated email marketing.
We helped MSA gain a significant footing in different social channels which in turn increased their follower-base and engagement. We took utmost care while developing the MVP and incorporated all core features within a very short time so that MSA did not lose out on valuable resources.
Subsequently, we tested the website and also undertook real-time monitoring and maintenance as part of our commitment. We implemented best practises of website monitoring, server maintenance and deploying latest product versions live seamlessly.
Next stage was to work on the holistic re-design of MSA website platform user experience and website layout and adding more features to version 2.0 of the product by implementing mobile first features to it.

Robinson Pelham is a London-based jewellery store that masters the art of crafting bespoke jewels. Evolving with time, they have diversified into ready-to-wear jewellery as well. They have been successfully making a statement in their field for almost two decades and currently they have divided their collections into three main categories which are named Oxygen, Evoke and Couture.
Upon deciding to integrate e-commerce into their business model, they wanted a complete re-branding of their online presence. They wanted their website to be as much customized and precise as their hand crafted jewellery and attention to details was the primary criteria.
The main challenge for Robinson Pelham was the acute time constraint they faced. By the time they had the design layouts and we were to start working on the project, it was already past scheduled launch date.
They needed their e-commerce platform to be readied within just eleven working days since every day lost was negatively impacting their bottomline. The problem was enhanced because of the fact that they fastidiously required very high levels of customization and detailing by making extensive use of WordPress and WooCommerce.
As the TAT was too short for the amount of work that had to be done, we had to break down the entire assignment into a number of small group tasks. After initial front-end development was completed within 5 days we didn’t have the time to continue with one or two dedicated WordPress developers on this project.
We deployed a group of 8 WordPress developers to work simultaneously and continuously for two days to complete different segments of the project. These 8 team members were divided into two groups of four with one senior team lead assigned to each group.
They ensured that there was no overlap and time lag in the development process and would integrate the various code files their team members were providing them. The team worked over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday as well and ensured on time delivery to the client.
We pushed our limits to the maximum and succeeded in delivering a world-class product to a renowned client, and as a result we were able to achieve a win-win situation wherein the client was delighted and we were re-assured of our capabilities.

Its always a bit of a chance with these sites but they communicated exceptionally well with me right from the start, produced excellent work which needed maximum one or two edits.
